La propuesta de Pacto Fiscal incorpora iniciativas en esta materia que cumplen dos objetivos: elevar la eficiencia en la gestión del sector público, liberando recursos que incrementen el espacio fiscal; y aumentar la transparencia, eficacia, calidad de servicio y probidad.
