Today Diario Financiero newspaper published an opinion column by our Senior Associate, Patricio Casas, in which he analyzes the recent resolution of the Chilean Internal Revenue Service regarding the possibility of officials from different Regional Directorates auditing in the Metropolitan Region, even outside their jurisdiction.
