En su Plan de Gestión del Cumplimiento Tributario (PGCT), la entidad delineó acciones específicas para aumentar el control sobre grupos empresariales y multinacionales, altos patrimonios, control de evasión del IVA y su efecto en renta, informalidad y control del impuesto a los bienes raíces.
