Eliminación del IVA a la vivienda por un año: industria estima que reduciría hasta 10% los precios

Desde Colliers estiman que el efecto neto sería cerca de un 10%. Desde Inciti dicen que el ajuste promedio podría ubicarse en torno a 3% y 4%. Sin embargo, desde Ingevec enfatizaron que esta medida no necesariamente se reflejará en los precios finales.
