El ministro Segpres, José García Ruminot, asegura que el proyecto “no tiene ninguna inconstitucionalidad” y afirma que el Ejecutivo superará “muy, muy bien” cualquier revisión del Tribunal Constitucional, pese a las advertencias de la oposición.
