La presidenta del Frente Amplio condicionó cualquier reducción del impuesto de primera categoría a medidas que aseguren el equilibrio fiscal. Además, acusó al Ejecutivo de cerrar el debate sobre la megarreforma, ignorar observaciones técnicas y gobernar “con la mentira como forma de hacer política”.
