LOS CASI CUATRO INTENSOS MESES DE NEGOCIACIONES, “TSUNAMIS”, POLÉMICAS, ACUERDOS Y VETOS

Desde su presentación por el Presidente Kast, la iniciativa estuvo marcada por negociaciones, controversias legislativas y acuerdos clave para su despacho final: El Ejecutivo ingresó la iniciativa el 22 de abril; el 20 de mayo la Cámara de Diputados despachó el proyecto tras un “tsunami” de 1.602 indicaciones; el 16 de julio el Senado aprobó sus ejes fundamentales y, entre el 10 y el 12 de agosto, el Congreso visó los tres vetos presidenciales.
