Durante su exposición, el economista detalló que el plan contempla tres ejes: facilitación regulatoria; competitividad tributaria y formalidad; ajuste y racionalización del gasto fiscal. “Se tienen que implementar de manera conjunta para que tengan resultados”, explicó Quiroz.
