Borrador del nuevo Pacto Fiscal

El Ministerio de Hacienda dio a conocer, en formato de borrador aún, los contenidos del nuevo Pacto Fiscal, rebautizado como Pacto por el Crecimiento Económico, el Progreso social y la Responsabilidad Fiscal. Este documento es un avance muy significativo si se compara con lo que fue la reforma tributaria rechazada en marzo, ya que las políticas para promover el crecimiento ocupan un lugar central, no solo en los temas tratados, sino más importante, en el rol que cumpliría el crecimiento en el financiamiento del mayor gasto.
