Caso Factop: SII se querella por facilitación de facturas falsas por casi $13 mil millones

La acción legal se presentó contra los hermanos Daniel y Ariel Sauer, Alberto Sauer y Darío Cuadra, como representantes legales de las sociedades Inversiones Guayasamín SPA; Inversiones DAS Limitada, y Comercial Textil Ziko Limitada, respectivamente, según explicó el SII.
