Contrapesos al SII, plazos para NGA y uso de efectivo: los ejes del acuerdo tributario entre Hacienda y el Senado

Según las enmiendas que ingresó el Ejecutivo al proyecto antievasión, el consejo tributario externo tendrá inhabilidades para sus integrantes. Y si bien la Norma General Antielusión (NGA) sigue en sede judicial, se explicita mejor el período de prescripción de los hechos revisados.
