Se trata del debate sobre la revisión de la titularidad de la investigación administrativa y la acción penal en delitos tributarios que tiene el Servicio de Impuestos Internos (SII). En los últimos años, el Ministerio Público, que para poder intervenir en ese tipo de indagatorias requiere una querella presentada por el SII, ha pedido terminar con ese monopolio.
