Gobierno ingresó al Senado proyecto que crea el Registro de Beneficiarios Finales

El Gobierno ingresó ayer al Congreso un proyecto de ley que crea un Registro de Personas Beneficiarias Finales de Empresas, el que contendrá información sobre personas jurídicas con o sin fines de lucro, fondos de inversión y otras entidades sin personalidad jurídica.
