Para enero se espera una propuesta sobre cumplimiento tributario, que incluye propuestas antievasión y antielusión tributaria. Más tarde, el Ejecutivo ha dicho que insistirá en subir el impuesto a la renta de las personas de mayores ingresos (vía Impuesto Global Complementario), mientras rebaja el tributo a las empresas desde 27% a 25%. Y en otra área, se avanzaría en la modernización del Estado.
