Después de que la Cámara de Diputadas y Diputados rechazó la reforma tributaria del gobierno, el ministro de Hacienda, Mario Marcel, hizo un llamado a concordar lo que llamó un “pacto fiscal”, algo que se entendía como una propuesta que iba más allá de la mera idea de subir impuestos, que buscaría incentivar la eficiencia y sobre todo el crecimiento.
