El bloque insiste en separar el texto, que será presentado este miércoles por el Presidente Kast. El ministro García adelantó disposición a quitar el límite a la gratuidad universitaria de la iniciativa y compensar a los municipios por la eliminación de contribuciones a primera vivienda.
