Entre 2023 y 2024 se han presentado 134 requerimientos a los Tribunales Tributarios Aduaneros (TTA). De ellos se han emitido 40 sentencias, todas ellas favorables a los contribuyentes. El resto se mantiene aún en sede judicial. Desde el SII descartan que sea algo generalizado considerando que el total de propietarios de bienes sujetos de este impuesto llegan a los 12.000. “La judicialización respecto de este impuesto es reducida”.
