Marcel advierte doble tributación por “impuesto Robin Hood” y sugiere modificaciones

■ Planteó que debía “armonizarse” la convivencia de este eventual nuevo tributo con el gravamen de timbres y estampillas. Indicación fijó la tasa en 0,6% y busca recaudar US$ 2.000 millones.
