Los timoneles opositores esperaban consensuar este lunes una contrapropuesta a la ley miscelánea de reconstrucción que sería entregada al gobierno antes del miércoles, cuando se vota en general la idea de legislar el proyecto. Pero las diferencias internas les impidieron llegar a un texto único.
