Para los expertos tributarios el generar un nuevo régimen complejiza la administración del sistema impositivo. Asimismo, sostienen que este régimen transparente beneficia principalmente a las empresas micro y que tengan un solo dueño, y limita, de alguna manera, la reinversión.
