SII define la cantidad de instrucciones que emitirá para aplicar la ley de reconstrucción

El servicio identificó preliminarmente que requerirá emitir 12 circulares y 16 resoluciones para aterrizar los ajustes al Código Tributario, la Ley de Impuesto a las Herencias y Donaciones, la Ley de Impuesto a la Renta y la Ley sobre Impuesto a las Ventas y Servicios, entre otros cuerpos legales. El Consejo Tributario será el “filtro” de la juricidad de las instrucciones de la entidad.
