“Se partió con una mala reforma tributaria que afectaba el crecimiento y muy cargada a los impuestos del capital. Chile tiene una carga tributaria de ingresos del capital bastante alta y con esta reforma se afectaba la inversión, la productividad y el crecimiento. Además, este proyecto no tenía los votos en el Congreso y así y todo el ministro se tiró con esa reforma”.
