“Va a tener que preocuparse mucho más de corregir distorsiones, de evitar la evasión y la elusión. Creo que hay espacio, pero al mismo tiempo hay que pensar como retomamos el crecimiento. Es imposible financiar las necesidades sin eso”, dijo el expresidente del Banco Central.
